I've been training in Jiu-Jitsu for over a year now and wanted to create a simple, interactive guide to highlight the importance of good hygiene on the mat. Hygiene is a huge part of keeping training safe and respectful. While our gym already has a detailed job aid with 25 bullet points, I designed this version to be more engaging, straightforward, and easy to remember by picking 7 and keeping it short.
